1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TCM Learning website and related services (“Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Overview of Services
TCM Learning provides online educational services, including but not limited to:
- Programming and technology courses
- Interactive code editors and sandbox environments
- Progress tracking systems
- Subscription-based access
- Digital learning materials
- Promotional and gift-based access
All Services are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirements
The Services are not intended for users under the age of 16.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you are under the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.
If an educational institution uses the Services on behalf of students, the institution represents and warrants that it has obtained all required parental permissions.
4. Account Registration
Certain features require account creation.
You agree to:

5. License to Content (Not a Sale)

Upon valid purchase or subscription, TCM Learning grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes via the platform.
You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute content
- Resell access
- Share credentials
- Download content for redistribution
- Reverse engineer the system
- Create derivative works
We may revoke access if required for legal, policy, or security reasons.
6. Payments, Pricing & Billing
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store payment card data.
6.1 Pricing Adjustments
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already paid subscription periods.
6.2 Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
6.3 Subscriptions
Subscriptions:
- Are billed in advance
- Automatically renew unless canceled
- Are non-transferable
- Are non-refundable unless required by law
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the billing cycle.
7. EU Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content
If you are located in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, by purchasing digital content made immediately available, you:
- Expressly consent to immediate performance, and
- Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins.
This consent must be confirmed during checkout.
8. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
The Services rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- Google Cloud Platform / Firebase (hosting, authentication, and database infrastructure)
- Stripe, Inc. (payment processing and fraud prevention)
- External AI service providers (AI-assisted features)
- Email and communication service providers
These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, service interruptions, data loss, or security incidents caused by such providers.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective agreements and policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including courses, text, code, educational materials, platform architecture, designs and logos, is the exclusive property of G.L TCM Consulting LTD unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Engage in unlawful activities
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware
- Circumvent security measures
- Interfere with system functionality
- Use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools
Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
10.1 Specific Restrictions for Interactive Tools
When using our interactive code editors, AI-assisted tools, or sandbox environments, you strictly agree NOT to:
Resource Abuse
Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining, high-frequency trading, load testing, automated stress testing, or any activity that consumes excessive CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, or API resources.
Malicious Activity
Upload, execute, or distribute malware, viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or any code designed to interfere with platform infrastructure, third-party services, or user data.
Network Interference
Attempt unauthorized access to internal systems, perform port scanning, penetration testing, reverse engineering, or initiate DoS/DDoS attacks.
Automated Scraping
Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated processes to extract content, bypass rate limits, manipulate usage metrics, or simulate user activity.
Exploitation of Sandbox
Attempt to escape, bypass, or exploit sandbox security mechanisms, authentication controls, API protections, or infrastructure safeguards.
Monitoring & Safeguards
We reserve the right to monitor system usage, implement automated safeguards, enforce technical limitations (including rate limits and resource caps), and suspend or restrict accounts to protect platform stability, infrastructure integrity, and other users.
We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts engaged in such conduct and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
11. Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that content is complete, current, or error-free. You use information provided at your own risk.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G.L TCM Consulting LTD and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your infringement of intellectual property
- Your unlawful conduct
This obligation survives termination.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, or security risks. Access to paid content may be revoked upon termination.

20. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
21. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver. Any ambiguity shall not be construed against the drafting party.
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus, and the parties irrevocably consent to jurisdiction therein.
23. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
